Proudly serving clients across Virginia , Clay Terry joins the OVM with AnnieMac Home Mortgage team as a Mortgage Loan Originator, based out of our Richmond office. A proud Virginia Tech graduate (Go Hokies!), Clay brings over five years of mortgage experience and a strong background as an Agricultural Lender with First Bank and Trust Company. Clay understands that buying or refinancing a home is one of life’s biggest financial decisions. That’s why he’s dedicated to providing a smooth, transparent lending experience—ensuring every client feels informed, confident, and supported from start to finish. With a deep commitment to integrity and customer care, Clay is determined to help borrowers achieve their homeownership dreams. Now taking his career to the next level with OVM, Clay is excited to combine his experience with the company’s resources to continue making a positive impact for homebuyers across the Commonwealth. Outside the office, Clay enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and kayaking along the James River, as well as spending time with family and friends. His favorite season is fall- marked by football games, cool weather, bonfires, and vibrant foliage. A true outdoor enthusiast, his favorite travel destination so far has been Yellowstone National Park, and he hopes to explore New Zealand someday.
