Growing up in a family full of realtors, from my parents to my grandparents, has given me an extensive background of knowledge in not just mortgage lending but all facets of the home purchasing process. This experience of growing up around the industry has given me the ability to advise my team members and clients in any situation, from first-time home purchases to refinances to jumbo loan investment properties, I’ve been around it and seen it all!
My expertise includes Conventional, Jumbo Non-Conforming, FHA, VA, USDA, Renovation Loans, and State Bond loans for first-time homebuyers.
I make a point of keeping up with the latest financial and industry trends, as well as state and federal regulatory requirements so I can serve as an informed advocate for my clients and my team. I make sure that my clients will not only get a loan that is sufficient, but the best possible loan for them and their situation.
