About Candi

Proudly serving clients across Florida and Georgia.

If you’re looking for a seasoned professional who brings energy, heart, and decades of experience to every home loan or real estate transaction — look no further than Candi Curtis Mann. A proud University of Florida alumna, Candi graduated with High Honors in 1995. She cheered for the Gators as a student and later returned as the Head Coach of the UF Cheerleaders, a position she held from 2007 to 2014. Her Gator pride runs deep — and so does her passion for serving her local Gainesville and Alachua County communities.

With over 25 years in real estate and her NMLS license as a Mortgage Loan Originator, Candi offers a rare combination of industry knowledge, local insight, and client-first service.

Whether you’re buying your first home, refinancing, or looking to sell — she has the experience and dedication to guide you from start to finish. But Candi isn’t just about numbers and negotiations. She’s about people. Her passion for helping families find their dream homes is deeply personal. Her two daughters, Sydney and Lacey, have followed her inspiring lead. Sydney played Division I volleyball at USF, and Lacey — a UF graduate herself — now works alongside Candi.

At the heart of it all, Candi is driven by the belief that homeownership should be empowering, not overwhelming — and she’s here to make sure your experience is just that. And a Lifetime of Experience You Can Trust. Work with Candi Curtis Mann — and let’s make your next move, your best move.
