1st off Catherine is amazing and she works really hard, and I can tell she has the best interest for me. my issue seems to be with underwriters not clearly communicating actionable tasks. If there is an issue with something, please clearly identify a way to resolve this issue so it can be considered approved to move fwd.

This process was very unknown for my husband and I, but with the help of our Agent Shonda Taylor (one of the best), Brian, and his Team it made it that much easier. My questions where answered when I asked them and in a timely manner. I am a worry wort lol my mind was at ease working with the team.
