Ms Marie was a great Loan Originator because of the four main highlights we observed while we’re in the process of getting our loan approved:
1) Easy to talk to and gives you her full attention: I am sure being a loan originator is stressful but with Ms Marie; we felt reassured, at peace and confident. She made us felt that the experience of buying a home is a special and great moment specially to a first time home buyer like us. We enjoyed this process- thank you!
2) Organize and on top of things: She made sure that our paperworks are submitted at a timely manner. She is the type of person you can call anytime (day or night).Her directions are always clear and precise. She never made us feel like we’re taking so much of her time. She’s always pleasant and approachable.
3) Very Helpful: Ms Marie goes beyond being a lender. I know that she’s always busy but she always make time to call or text us and ask how could she be of any further help. She always willing to listen, always have the right words to say and most of all- she made us felt that she’s on our side, that our happiness and success is her outmost goal- thank you!
4) Very Professional- I would recommend her all day to many friends and family. In fact, I had recommended her to 3 people already. Ms Marie deserved to be recognize. She’s an asset to her company.
