Every member on the team that was in on the deal was easy to reach out to and they responded no later than 30 minutes. They did their best to make sure my family and I were comfortable, especially it being our first time purchasing a home. Whenever I want something, I do whatever I can to get it. Meaning it takes top priority and those involved, I take with me. Which means if things needed to be done, I’d want them done asap. OVM not only kept up with me on this process, moments they worked faster than I thought. Excellent experience. Excellent team. Excellent process especially for first time buyers!
