The process in the beginning was smooth without flaws, but what transpire in the end was a total nightmare. I understand that it was not my mortgage loan originator fault but just the communication and what transpire in the end was just a nightmare. To waiting in front of a house (with 4 grandkids and 3 dogs) I'm about to buy from 0800 to almost midnight to get the keys to the house because we were waiting on documents from the seller, could have been better communicated. I received no incentive on this entire process. It was a complete nightmare. I truly don't know who to blame on this but since we are a team, I have to vent my frustration here. Greatly appreciate the support.
