I was the listing agent and did not have much communication however the loan closed on time and that is all I needed to have happen. I would have appreciated some updates without having to constantly ask the buyers agent. I only learned we had CTC on the actual day of closing. But again, we closed on time so no real complaints.

The timing of things. Felt like I was a number in the mix of a multitude of other clients; oftentimes I felt like my “case” was forgotten. Various information and things I wish I knew in the beginning all finally came out at the end. I had to be the one to reach out/ follow up/ push/ inquire about different things. This made the process more frustrating than not. Otherwise the end with the mortgage partner/ underwriter was great. She helped salvage the total experience.
