Matthew is what made it great! He is BY FAR the best loan advisor I have ever worked with. Matthew is always one step ahead of the problem, always has the correct answer, and delivers that answer in an easy to understand format. Finances are complicated - Matthew removes the complication and just plain makes it easy. We have never felt more comfortable going through the home buy process as we have this time with Matthew and CBM.
