Although the house building process wasn’t quick, the loan process was! Everyone was super helpful and easy to get ahold of for questions. Even on the day of close with missing a form from the VA they were able to make it happen!

Greg did an excellent job informing us on which route to take throughout the process. He was available at all hours of the day and took much of his time to make sure we were comfortable and understood how the loan application worked. He bent over backwards to get us the loan that he thought suited us best and we couldn't be happier.

It is never easy to buy a house and Brad and his team were communicative, very responsive, patient with all my questions, and highly professional. I was never in doubt I was working with the best. I did have concerns that were always addressed with compassion and each concern was resolved and cleared up quickly and kindly. They make it a personal experience, not just a requirement.
