The last part of the process leading up to closing felt completely rushed and caused much stress, not only to my wife and I, but also my family that was helping with closing costs. I think it was unacceptable that both donors that were gifting money towards closing costs had to take time off of work to ensure the proper documentation was submitted to ensure the closing was not delayed. The communication of the proper documentation needed was not clearly stated and was not carried in a proficient manner. I carried out submitting documents in a timely manner every time it was required to avoid any such problems. Overall, the final week was unpleasant and stressful thus, I don't feel as I would feel confident nor comfortable recommending CBM to friends or family.
