Brad kept us informed during the process and was responsive to questions and emails. Loved the ap and being able to get status updates as well as uploading documents. Made the process much easier.
My only “complaint” is that underwriting took a while and didn’t finish until literally the day before closing. We understand that the market and low interest rates are lead to increased volume, But the length of tome was stressful. Brad’s team and the underwriter contact did get it done!
