Home town banking at its finest. Somebody I could get a hold of around the clock, cell phone, text, email, immediate responses. No calling an overseas call center and arguing with autobots trying to speak to a real person. My transaction could have ended very badly and cost me a lot of money because the sell of my previous home almost fell through several times, causing delays for Sherry to determine what type of loan I could use. But she made it happen despite more work for herself.

What a great experience.
As a woman, I have noticed that I'm not always taken seriously in financial situations. When I walked into Brad's office, I noticed that he shook my hand and kept eye contact with me even though my boyfriend was there. That may sound silly, but I was sold. I was treated with great respect even though this was my first time buying and I had a lot of beginners questions. I never felt uncomfortable to ask for help and always received it.
