This is my first house so I was in the dark about everything. Only thing I knew ahead of time about Towne Bank is their great customer service and how easy they make the transition of buying a home. Sure enough that is the case. Regardless of the time of day Sherry will answer her phone about any questions on the the loan. Her A team are constantly communicating by email or phone about vital financial documents that are needed. If I buy another house I will definitely go through Sherry. THANKS!
