I am a real estate agent and I work with a lot of lenders, when my buyer told me she was using a out of state company, I admit I had doubts about it... I usually like to use locl lenders, ya know a place you can walk into and talk to a human However, Jake was always available, if not by phone, than by text and he was terriffic with my client and we got the deal done and closed a week early! Thank you Jake for making this a smooth process and I know my buyer would agree!
