With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Kim brings deep knowledge, versatility, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. She began her career at Countrywide, focusing on refinance loans, before moving to Navy Federal Credit Union, where she became a specialist in VA loans, working closely with military families. At Wells Fargo, she gained extensive experience in both purchase loans and refinances, and later at Movement Mortgage, she expanded her focus to include investor loans, helping clients finance real estate investment properties with confidence. In addition to her mortgage work, Kim is also a real estate investor. Her hands-on experience, trying different investment strategies has given her valuable insight she now shares with clients looking to grow their own real estate portfolios. Outside of her professional life, Kim is a proud basketball mom to her 12-year-old son, Cobi, who attends Jones Magnet Middle School in Hampton. He’s part of the accelerated education program and is equally dedicated to his studies and his work ethic on the basketball court. Supporting him in both academics and athletics is one of her greatest joys. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, or fellow investors, Kim is known for her integrity, deep industry knowledge, and genuine care for her clients’ success.
