I’ve dealt with a lot of professionals in my 64 years 40 of which were in the logistical field, both military and civilian. Robert and his entire network team rank in the top three!! The other two were overseas and military. I can’t begin to express in all earnestness how seamless and even enjoyable this entire process was! Great job!!

As a first time home buyer, I felt the step-by-step process could have been explained to me a little better and more in depth. Majority of the time, I was signing documents that I did not know what it meant. I am used to someone explaining and reviewing a document with me as I am signing it. The loan process was fast and easy to recieve but the explanation and communication in my opinion need a little more improvement. It could have been the time difference and everything that was going in preparation for my move that prevented a good connection since I was stationed in Japan. When requested, Brad took the time to explain the process and break it down. But I think that every document should be explained, too all first time borrower's so they understand the process and the documents they are signing. There are always hiccups with first time home buyers and borrowers, and in my case was understanding the process and recieving a detailed explanation of the process and all the documents I was signing. Other than that, Brad and the team were very polite and on top of the process from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone.
