I was told that buying a house would be an interesting experience but nothing close to what I imagined. The program "does" work as we finally closed but getting there was not so straight forward and we ran into a lot of paperwork issues. There were some communication issues as well but we worked through them. Overall, I believe the program is great for anybody who was in the situation we were when there is a house still to be sold. Maybe from our experience the program can become more clear and straight forward.

Joey was super communicative from beginning to end and wasn't shy about giving any information that I was seeking. He took the time to educate me and help me understand some of the financial things at which seemed very foreign to me. Joey was able to get us over 10k in credits towards closing and every penny was needed. There wasn't a time where I felt left out and my biggest regret is not meeting Joey Sooner.
