My Clients did not make this whole process easy, and threw some curves that had to be dealt with and Ben and I had to work over and above to make this happen. We closed and at one point they were thinking about terminating the whole purchase and between Ben and I we were able to close and ultimately our CLIENTS were happy they had us and a beautiful beach home.
