Pattie and her team were very knowledgeable and communicative. Pattie was always available and responded very quickly if she wasn’t. She always had answers and explained things patiently, in a way that I could understand, and I never felt pressured or like a nuisance, even when I was slow to take care of things on my end. The whole team was very friendly, efficient and accommodating throughout the entire process. And the OVM app was especially convenient. I couldn't have asked for a better first-time-homebuyer experience.
