Customer service was amazing, they were very patient with me and my wife, we knew very little on the house buying process and they made it simple for us. There were A few hiccups on the way, from ourselves and other parties involved, but they figured it out in a timely manner and got us into our beautiful home

Ronnie was very thorough, patient and went above and beyond what I expected to insure a successful outcome. We did have one 'hiccup' with the buyer, but nothing OVM or Ronnie expected or could control - it was more my fault and how I dealt with my client.
Ronnie gave me great advice on how to handle the situation if it ever happened again.
She taught me a lot on this deal and let me lean on her when I needed it.
