Documents that had already been provided were requested again. We made it clear that we wanted to move the process along as fast as possible, but it dragged on for weeks. I was asked for statement for 2 accounts. Rather than the last 4 digits of the accounts, I was given wrong digits. This caused me to look through all my accounts and records and could not find anything making me feel like I was inept and stressed out. The interest rate is a bit on the high side. I just opened a banking account in JAX, and the institution has a rate nearly a full percentage point lower.

This was the hardest transaction I've had this year. Thomas went above and beyond to help me and got my buyer an amazing rate. The seller was not represented by a realtor and made things very difficult. Thomas even had to calm me down a few times and I have been in the business for 8+ years. Kimberly Roberts also went above and beyond durning this transaction. We all had to put in extra work. We made a great team.
