He was also communicative on the whole process from beginning to end. He answered all of my questions no matter what I asked. He was very informative on his knowledge from the time from application all way to closing on my house. He never gave up on me. I appreciate everything he did for me on my journey becoming a first time home buyer.

This process was very difficult for many known and unknown reasons. Constantly being pushed without being given reasons to understand, and multiple repeat requests just made it more difficult. I under urgency of time lines, but it wasnt until near the end of the time that i was even told that by law, certain things had a limited number of days to be accomplished. It was emotionally hard to sell the family home I'd lived in for 45 years. The process was kind of cold.
