Blake brought a deal back to life and worked very hard to make this transaction work for my client! When another local lender dropped my client because of a math error at the closing table Blake and the OVM team revived the deal and closed it two weeks later. Not only was I impressed with the knowledge shown and applied to make to take my clients successfully to the closing table but they kept their word through the entire process!
