Start by warning that any contact info given (business cell/email in my case) would be exposed to scams and a vast pool of endless advertisements and solicitation. Felt assumed automated services would be sufficient, but when they don't work it's up to the client. Who should have commercial office equipment to process many pages of documents because no one could correct the failed systems or resend a email to the -correct- email. All considered, we successfully closed our refi.
