We received a GREAT interest rate. We originally requested to pay points directly out of pocket to bring the down the total of the loan & possibly the monthly payment. When the process was finished the cost of points were added to the loan. We were told if we wanted to change that we may loose our GREAT interest rate. The outcome was we would be paying a little over $200 more a month than expected for our mortgage payment. Attention to small details is what makes customers feel special.
