We went to Towne Bank initially for a construction loan which was then converted to a regular mortgage. Through the whole processes of both loans our questions and concerns were answered with knowledge, courtesy and patience , even when I asked the same questions several times. All the team members took the time to make the loan processes as simple and uncomplicated as possible. Our phone calls and emails were always returned promptly. I would certainly go back to Towne Bank for other loans.
