I’m Krissy Rochelle, a Mortgage Loan Originator with OVM with AnnieMac Home Mortgage. I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2010, and I truly enjoy helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll make.

I’m also a Realtor®, which gives me a unique perspective on the home-buying process. Being on both sides of the transaction helps me understand what buyers and real estate professionals experience and allows me to provide a more well-rounded lending experience.

I believe getting a mortgage shouldn’t feel confusing or overwhelming. My goal is to make the process personal, keep communication open, and make sure my clients understand their options every step of the way. I want my clients to feel like they have someone in their corner—not just a loan officer processing their loan.

I’m proud to serve homebuyers throughout Florida, and I value the relationships I build along the way. For me, this business has always been about more than the closing table. It’s about helping people reach their goals, being someone they can trust, and hopefully becoming their lender for life.

Outside of lending and real estate, family is at the heart of who I am. I love spending time with my family, traveling, cooking, being involved in my community, and simply making memories with the people I love. My faith and the relationships I’ve built throughout my life have also played a big part in shaping the way I approach both my personal and professional life.
