Rob's clients needed to get in as early as possible and he brought the transaction in 20 days in advance! There were a couple of last minute "hurdles" but all got ironed out!. Buyer's are happy, seller is happy and listing agent is happy!

Josh is knowledgeable and hard working! I cannot tell you how much I absolutely appreciate his tenacity to make sure the client gets what they deserve.
As an agent, it has been so difficult to find a lender who cares about the client. Good credit or poor credit; there was no difference in how he treated them. He is always there when I have a question!

Rob communicated clear and effectively. If there were any issues during the process he and his team took care of it right away. We felt like he really cared about us personally, and went out of his way to explain the process, and why certain things were needed. Moving from another lender to OVM was a breath of fresh air! 10/10 recommend!!
