In the initial stages, Bill L. helped explain the various lending pathways to reach a solid lending solution. Once that path was established...the team worked well with my agent and helped me get to closing. Everyone at OVM was able to answer any questions when needed in a very prompt manner.

This house was trouble. I think we went under contract about 3 months before closing and it was going smooth till about 2 weeks before closing. Cailey communicated often with us about the process and getting everything taken care of, that needed to be repaired by the seller, and getting the rate locked in for us. Samantha was also a huge help with getting all of the documents submitted to make sure that when it was ready, we were good to go. Best team we have worked with tk get everything taken care of and it was so seamless on our end because of Cailey and Samantha.
