The communication and effort that I was given was top notch, being new to buying a home I was given advice from people that actually cared. I am very grateful to have made it through this process with Mr. Crowther because he definitely made it 100% easier, he definitely went above and beyond when it came down to teaching and assisting on a subject I wasn’t too confident with. If I could rate him by himself it’d be 1000/10. Ms. Roberts was also a great help, she was able to guide me through getting her all of the information I needed. I am greatly appreciative of the 2 of them, I definitely recommend a raise as these individuals actually care for their jobs and helping if possible. Haha,Thank you again for everything.

Had a great experience! Closed the loan in 23 days and that was including a minor delay due to a hefty VA Appraisal Repair list that resulted in a MPR Waiver. Communicated everything throughout the process, navigated it all swiftly and closed it the day after we got approval on the waiver! Major Kudos!!
