Dorothy was patient, kind and went above and beyond during my home buying process. She was honest and very knowledgeable about so many things we discussed along the way. I was well prepared for closing and understood that process much better thanks to Dorothy's prep talks beforehand. She showed up to support me at closing and that was reassuring! She's awesome! My first time home buying experience was amazing.

Expectations are higher for our preferred lenders. With a 45 day notice of closing there should not have been appraisal or loan issues at the last minute with this loan. Terry Peterson and myself pride ourselves in satisfying our customers. This is very hard to do when their last experience is a bad closing experience. Hopefully we can do better in the future
