Every question I had was answered to great detail, nothing was over simplified. Also, the people helping me were very fast at responding to the following steps and making sure everything was done early.

Kent was a pleasure to work with, Always kept in contact with me and kept my mind at ease with what he knew. His assistant however need to be more attentive, hardly answering phone call( as I drive for a living) made it hard to communicate through emails.
