I am not certain, it seemed to have taken a lot longer than necessary or at least longer than I anticipated. This was my first time using a mortgage broker and was surprised at the amount of time it took and the many contacts necessary to close the deal. It appeared I was explaining things over and over again. The staff was pleasant each time I spoke to someone, but I was never truly certain of if or when the closing date would be. I guess the bottom line would be the uncertainty in the process took me aback. I do appreciate getting the loan closed.
