I have been in the mortgage business since 1994 and focused initially on first time buyers with a heavy concentration in FHA & VA lending. Over the years I’ve learned the extensive guidelines of not only FHA, VA but also USDA, FNMA and FHLMC. Thru the years I have gained an extensive knowledge of residential lending and went through the process to become a Mortgage Planner. As my knowledge base has grown, I’ve expanded my client base and now find myself assisting a large number of Move up, Second home, Investment & Jumbo buyers!
